Before you answer

Here is exactly how your answer is protected. This is how it works, not just a promise.

  1. No one sees your individual response. Not your manager, not the owner, no one. There is no named list and no individual timeline.
  2. Your answer joins an aggregate of at least 5. Nothing is shown until at least 5 people have answered, so no single response can be picked out.
  3. No live count while the check-in is open. No one watches answers arrive, so no one can guess who answered when.
  4. The owner pays for the team view, never for your answers. The subscription buys an aggregate read of team wellbeing. The business is built on never exposing an individual.
  5. Results appear only after the cycle closes, and only as a team number. The owner sees the team score, the trend, and what share of the team answered. Never any individual, any answer, or any group smaller than 5.
