Who you are, above what you have done. 2 identity rows and 2 galleries on 2 painted screens, and exactly one control. Measured in a browser at 390 and 1280, tabs cycled, in both pointer branches.
Six components stood on none of the five anchor screens, so
ui-kit/docs/inventory.md filed them as outside the core, unmeasured rather
than giving them a level: the formula answers 1 for an atom and 1 for a file nobody has read,
and the two are indistinguishable in the output. Five came off in the two batches before
this one. This is the sixth.
Walked today on the two screens that carry it: the identity row holds one
.btn, and the gallery holds three .card. It HOLDS an organism, so
it is level 3, and the organisms shelf carried it as unmeasured until now.

The avatar image is a placeholder written here, and this file says so: a sample face, so the stand has one. The colour under it is a role; only the image is sample content. The same sentence appears in the comment thread's file and the event head's, which is three components with the same honest hole.

The gallery measures 0x0 unless its tab is the checked one, which is why the first reading of this component reported it as missing. Same correction as the event tabs and the skeleton marks: ask whether the host is on the screen before reporting a zero. The strip itself is tabs's.
Edit left this file on 2026-08-06 for the button family's small secondary. It is one placement in the whole product, and it wore a pill where the family wears 10, 11px where the family's small step is 12, and 8/16 where that step is 8/12.
Naming a face for a single element is what the atom rules forbid. So the element took the family's name instead, and three values moved by a step each.
And the file's own touch rule went with it, which is the better half of the story. This file had written target size follows the POINTER, not the viewport and then bound its own control to a 640px viewport query, so a touch tablet or a touch laptop got the 36px control. The rule was right and the implementation contradicted it. It is no longer written here at all: the family carries the floor for every one of its members, and this control is a member.
The avatar's ring was 55 per cent written as a colour function, five hundredths off the ladder's last rung and invisible to the rescale map for exactly that reason: a value spelled as a function is not a token, so nothing that reads token names can see it.
It is the only tint moved in that pass that does NOT change in daylight, because the rung it landed on is the one the light theme leaves where it is. The same defect, a rung written as a function, was found in the filter panel and in the tab strips the same day.
The table above gives the gallery a size in both themes and at both widths, and there was no gallery on this page to look at. A measured box a reader cannot see is a number without its subject. Two placements, on the two profile screens, behind the Past wins tab.
Identity first, record second. The row that says who you are comes before the numbers that say how you have done, and the numbers are position's.
A target follows the pointer, not the viewport. This file wrote that sentence and then contradicted it in its own query.
One placement never earns a face. It joins a family and moves by a step.
Never bind a target to a width. A touch laptop is a coarse pointer at 1280 and got the 36px control.
Never write a rung as a colour function. Five hundredths off the ladder and invisible to everything that reads names.
Never report a gallery as missing without checking its tab. 0x0 at both widths, and the tab beside it was the reason.
