SIFT Turn customer feedback into decisions you can defend
For product teams drowning in scattered signal

Turn scattered customer feedback into decisions you can defend.

Sift reads your support tickets, sales calls, reviews, and interviews, and gives you a ranked, evidence-backed picture of what customers need most, with every claim traceable to the quote behind it.

Free plan, no card required. Start with a CSV export or connect Intercom.

The evidence is there. It just never makes it into the room.

Feedback sits in four tools. You read for two days, build the deck, and someone says "but my biggest account told me the opposite" and the room turns. You know they are one account. You cannot show it in the next ten seconds.

  • Scattered

Tickets, calls, reviews and interviews live in separate tools, and none of them counts the same thing twice.

  • Unciteable

A summary you cannot trace is a summary you cannot defend. So it loses to a story somebody remembers.

  • Undated

Nobody can tell whether a theme is a pattern this quarter or three loud tickets from last year.

How Sift works

Three steps from scattered signal to a call you can stand behind. It mirrors the path you take inside the app.

  1. 1

    Connect a source

Import a CSV export or connect Intercom. Feedback is normalized on the way in, and PII is scrubbed by default.

  2. 2

    See ranked themes with confidence

Sift clusters the feedback into themes and shows how strong each one is, so you can tell a real pattern from a thin one.

    n=42
  3. 3

    Trace every claim to evidence

Open any theme to read the exact customer quotes behind it. If a claim cannot be traced, it is marked, not dressed up.

Read a real one before you sign up

This is an evidence brief exactly as a stakeholder receives it: recommended priority, the count behind each theme, the customer quotes, and the citations. No login, nothing hidden, including the themes we marked as thin.

The example uses anonymised feedback. Personal details are scrubbed here the same way they are scrubbed in the product.

Built to be trusted, not taken on faith

Sift handles sensitive feedback, so the same commitments appear here and in the footer.

  • Transparency

No black box. Every synthesis conclusion links to the evidence behind it, and confidence is shown honestly. Thin evidence is never dressed up as strong signal.

  • Traceability

Theme, to evidence items (n=X), to the verbatim quote. Every priority traces to the real user voice behind it, so you can defend the call under challenge.

  • PII scrubbed by default

Names and email addresses are scrubbed from feedback on import. GDPR-ready with EU data residency, so sensitive customer data stays safe.

Questions people ask before they trust this

  • How do you decide a theme is strong?

By counting. Each theme shows how many feedback items sit behind it and which sources they came from. When the count is low the theme is labelled low signal, and you can still open every item.

  • What happens to personal details?

Names, addresses and contact fields are scrubbed before anything is stored, on every source, by default. On a CSV you also choose which columns are read at all.

  • What if the AI gets a theme wrong?

Every claim carries the citations it was built from, so you can check it in seconds rather than take it on trust. A claim that cannot be traced is removed, not smoothed over.

  • Who can see a brief I share?

Anyone with the link, without logging in. The dialog says so before you copy it, and you can disable the link at any time, which stops it working for everyone.
